We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cloud platforms (GCP, Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. This role will be instrumental in automating and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of our products.

Responsibilities:

. Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

. Containerization and Orchestration: Work on containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and implement orchestration strategies to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

. CI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD to automate the software delivery process.

. Deployment Strategies: Implement various deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, A/B testing) to minimize downtime and risk.

. Monitoring and Alerting: Set up comprehensive monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana) to track application and infrastructure health and configure alerts for critical issues.

. Load Balancing: Implement load balancing solutions (Nginx, HAProxy, etc) to distribute traffic across multiple instances and ensure high availability.

. Security: Adhere to security best practices and implement measures to protect infrastructure and applications from vulnerabilities.

. Infrastructure Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

. 7+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.

. Certifications in GCP, Azure, or AWS.

. Strong proficiency in at least GCP cloud platform.

. In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).

. Familiarity with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

. Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.

. Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

. Knowledge of load balancing and networking concepts.

. Knowledge of database management and optimization in a cloud environment.

. Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python).

. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Individual contributor and good hands-on experience.

. Work from office role.

. Mainly work experience in BFSI/fintech preferable. 

Bonus Skills:

. Knowledge of microservices architecture.

. Experience with DevOps automation tools.

. Familiarity with security best practices and tools.
